When making or receiving a call to or from a Zoho contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho Phonebridge. Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho by Phonebridge and can be viewed in the Zoho call logs. Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho Phonebridge. Call control features (answer, hangup and hold) are available from within Zoho Phonebridge. Consult transfer not supported.
Notes / Advisories
Zoho Phonebridge integration works on Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Bigin, and Zoho Recruit. Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients. Supported on Zoho domains .COM, .EU, .IN and .AU. Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho CRM Add-in. Zoho Phonebridge is only supported on Chromium-based browsers.
If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
