Therefore, on high usage sites it is recommended that the Zendesk add-in is configured to use ‘Cache'. Support for 2 factor authentication by token authorisation. OAuth authentication not supported. If Call activity logging is available and enabled, both automatic and manual call activity logging will generate a new ticket within Zendesk assigned to the User/Customer and Agent's profile.
