When making or receiving a call to or from a Realworks contact, a preview of the contact is presented within Realworks, and can be screen popped. 

Notes / Advisories

For the Realworks integration, we will require VOIP to be enabled in Realworks.  Each user in Realworks has to have there own unique extension number.  Extension numbers cannot start with a zero or the integration doesn't work e.g. 0201 they need to be 201. Due to limitations in the Realworks API, an incorrect time stamp is shown for calls attached to a record until they are saved, when the correct time stamp will display.

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
