The effectiveness of integration is a product of the number of users, number of contacts and level of Freshdesk taken (Blossom, Garden, Estate, Forest). Hourly limit API - For 10 integration users it is effective for between 2,000 contacts (Sprout) and 10,000 contacts (Forest). Halving these values as you double users. Minute limit API - For successful caching of contacts, 3 integration users would require a Blossom level or above, 10 integration users would require a Forest level.
